About Jessica Simanowski
Jessica Simanowski was born in Germany in 1976.
After graduating grammar school with an university-entrance diploma, she then decided to move to Portugal in 1996 to gain different experiences. There she started to focus on her artwork and made this a full-time job.In 1999 Jessica got very sick, which guided her to take a different turn in life and she discovered her own spiritual path. After doctors could not explain her unusual medical symptoms and no traditional medical treatment could help, she turned inside to look for solution. Soon she explored her own connection to spirit and other realms. With the help of different spiritual teachings and spiritual beings, she was guided through these difficult times and able to move through her own transformation. Encouraged by the balancing that took place in her own being, she focused on expanding her wisdom as a guide and teacher. For those who are ready to take the leap beyond the known and explainable she is here to inspire consciousness and to facilitate the process of awakening.
Today, her studies and various certificates have helped her combine all the different healing modalities into this one simple tool that she calls "Breath of Balance".
